Gary nails it (once again) in another video – finally someone puts all of the dots together and shows us in plain english that regardless what you call it (media, social media, web 2.whatever) it’s all still about caring at the end of the day – and big business won’t be able to hide the fact that they don’t care. We as media profesionals have to wrap it around our head that it’s not just about production, we now have to deliever the total package!Am I wrong?!
